Most Philanthropists Rather Not Extol Their Giving, New Report Reveals

According to a recent report by Forbes Insights, the latest research provider, 77% of philanthropists have stated that they do not want their charitable efforts announced or publicized.

The report is found in the "BNP Paribas Individual Philanthropy Index: Measuring Commitment in Europe, Asia, Middle East" which is based on a survey of more than 300 individuals with at least $5 million in assets. Forbes Insights conducted the study in early 2013.
