In this Skoll World Forum For Social Entrepreneur 2013 Day Two Morning Plenary video, the Master of Ceremonies Pamela Hartigan, Director, Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, opens with a greeting to the Skoll World Forum's 10th birthday.

Hartigan proceeded to extol the notions of social entrepreneurship that it has "expanded exponentially from those we call practitioners, the visionary entrepreneurs." Participants of the forum include government units, businesses, an undisclosed 800-year old university, nonprofits and members of royalty. The Skoll World Forum gathers the world's leading social entrepreneurs in pursuit for social change.
