OASIS Program Revivify Healthy Habits in Kids

CATCH Healthy Habits, an evidence-based program provided by the OASIS Institute consists of grown up volunteers coaxing grades K-5 kids to "catch healthy habits."

The volunteer program is managed through interactive lessons at elementary schools and youth centers. It has worked successfully since adults and children are improving their own health together, with the students getting the needed exercise after school.
