Giving USA 2013 Reports Show Slow Comeback of Philanthropy Post-Recession


Based on the findings that have appeared in the 58th edition of "Giving USA: The Annual Report on Philanthropy", charitable donations are slowly rising amidst the cutbacks and recession.
The findings state that philanthropy is gaining momentum, although a bit more slowly following this past recession. The fast-rising charitable cause, as the report claims, is arts and culture. The report is published by the Giving USA Foundation.
