Neighborhood College Students Honored for Civic Engagement

County Board members honored the class members of the Arlington Neighborhood College program for their commitment to the community after they have finished the eight-session course.

County Board Chairman Walter Tejada praised them during their graduation ceremony. Most of the participants were young adults and the eight-session program was made more inclusive and diverse.
