Wyoming Business Council, an organization that incorporates private business practices for the welfare of the clients it serves, has prompted economic development in Laramie County.

While not everyone thinks the grant program is worth it, the grants help in the expansion of businesses and that Wyoming would be at a great disadvantage without the grant programs, says Randy Bruns, chief executive officer of Cheyenne LEADS.
