Asian Community as Least Segregated Minority Group in US


In a new study released by the US2010 Project at Brown University, Asians are found to be the least segregated minority group in the U.S.

The findings show that every Asian nationality - Chinese, Filipinos, Indians and more, lives on average in neighborhoods with higher income and share of college-educated residents compared with non-Hispanic whites. The study focused on separate Asian nationality groups and observed characteristics of the neighborhoods where they lived.
