Brain-Fitness Computer Program Improves Memory for Older Adults

A team of researchers at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) have found out that the use of a brain-fitness program on a computer can significantly improve cognitive skills among older adults.

The study was funded in part by Dakim, manufacturer of Dakim BrainFitness, the computerized program used in the study. The study appears in the American Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry, July issue.
