Quantitative philanthropy is a new concept that makes people become more focused on earning more to give more, according to a Reuters article. Papows advocated the legitimacy of the concept and expresses his opinion that it is still essential to consider the whole picture, rather than measure results gathered from the overall resources spent for charity.
