Young People with Impulsive Attitudes Prone to Drink Heavily

University of Liverpool researchers conducted a study that reveals impulsivity in young people can contribute to heavy drinking at an early age.

The findings illustrate that marking characteristics, such as impulsivity, can be the key to preventing adolescent drinking. Perceiving such traits could lead to an intervention and help suppress alcoholism problems escalating in the future. The study appears in the journal "Addiction."
