In a study conducted by the Center for Immigration Studies, nonprofit research organization, data shows that there has been an overall increase in employment for immigrants (both legal and illegal) compared to native-born Americans in the last decade.
Among the findings, there has also been a steady percentage drop among native-born US citizens holding a job, hitting almost every age, gender, education, and race.
