MSHDA Provides Community Development Block Grant Funds


The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) allocates $715,800 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to two cities and three counties.

The funding is to be used to upgrade low-income family-owned homes in cities and counties and perform other housing activities. The money will also support programs such as neighborhood preservation, rental development, rehabilitation and down-payment assistance.
