New Libya Foundation Introduces Civil Society Incubator Centre

The New Libya Foundation (NLF) instituted a Civil Society Incubator Centre (CSIC) in Tripoli, Libay's largest city.

The CSIC will be a "hub for civil society activity", a full service center complete with support staff, offices, meeting rooms, computer lab and Internet access. The CSIC aims to promote and develop trust among civil society organizations. The Libyan International Telecommunication Company (LITC) financed the center.
