Second Home cofounders, Rohan Silva and Sam Aldenton are collaborating with Madrid-based architects Selgascano to finish a new 90,000-square-foot Hollywood outpost.

Rohan talks with ArchDaily about his background and the early stages of Second Home. Silva highlights their new project as they bring the Serpentine Pavilion to Los Angeles, and what it means to build a creative community through architecture.

According to Rohan, Second Home is about ideas and they believe that architecture at its best can have a profound impact on creativity, productivity and well-being.

Second Home is a London-based creative business that is set to open its first location the U.S. in early September 2019 in Hollywood.
